Heme在2005年正式在台上市，品牌字義源自"He & Me"的結合，是一個男女皆適用的品牌，針對台灣年輕男女的肌膚特質及困擾，量身打造屬於這個年紀、膚質的護膚產品，以簡單的保養概念，提供給年輕肌最聰明、實惠、EZ的保養選擇。

Heme目標族群鎖定15～24歲的年輕男女，特性是喜歡逛藥妝店比較產品、嘗試新鮮的事物、用物超所值的產品來達到好的保養效果。為了吸引年輕族群，Heme的所有CF及廣宣也皆由當紅的年輕偶像來代言，以清新活潑又帶點俏皮的形象，詮釋Heme「聰明保養小教主」的地位。

2007年，heme更以「No.1 For Young Skin，年輕肌的聰明保養」為品牌重新定位！heme自許成為「年輕世代首次意識到肌膚需要基礎保養時，第一個所想到的保養品牌」。也因為這樣的使命，heme未來將會持續研發許多貼近年輕人保養的產品，與年輕族群一同成長！
